Accountant Login

Wahoo, you are using CP Books!

Your CP Books subscription comes with 1 free accountant login.

An accountant login does not use any of your CenPoint Office or Tech licenses.

Add an Accountant Login by going to Users on CenPoint desktop or Portal.

Either add a new user or switch an existing user to the Accountant Login.

Under the General Tab select CP Books Accountant for the Login

By default, the Accountant Login has access to all branches.

The Security Settings under Office Security are also set by default for the Accountant Login.

Invite your accountant to CP Books by sending either a Welcome Email or Text.

To send a Welcome Email or Text Click the Email or Text button.

If you have the phone number and or email under user settings it will automatically populate.

The Welcome Email/Text will include a link to the Web App that your accountant can bookmark, and the ability to set up a password.
