# Add'l Costs and Job P.O.'s

This article will cover Additional Job Costs and Job P.O.'s on the full job screen( pictured below) and is broken into the following parts.

### Add’l Costs and Job P.O’s on Desktop

This tab is where you can record any additional costs or POs that the job incurs.

Click the “Add New” button to create a new Job Cost or PO.

Click on an existing Cost or PO and then click “Modify” to edit that record.

### Add’l Costs and Job P.O’s on Portal

This tab is where you can record any additional costs or POs that the job incurs.

Click the “Add” button to create a new Job Cost or PO.

Click on an existing Cost or PO and then click the Ellipsis (the three dots) → Modify” to edit that record.
