CP Books will require additional Office Security
Office security for CP Books can be found under the User→Office Security
On the desktop go to File→User→Choose User→Office Security→ Page 3→CP Books
On the portal(https://portal.cenpoint.com/) go to More→Users→Choose User→Office Security→ CP Books
Additional security will also be needed for PO’s in CenPoint, that may be in conjunction with CP Books.
On the desktop go to File→User→Choose User→Office Security→ Page 2→PO’s
On the portal(https://portal.cenpoint.com/) go to More→Users→Choose User→Office Security→ PO’s
On the portal if you are missing security options ‘uncheck’ the has access box and all the security options will now show.
Use the simulate user on the desktop and portal by clicking Misc. Security options and simulate the user you are setting up to see if the security you have given them is appropriate for their job.
