# General/Address Tab

#### Set up Company Branch information in the General Address Tab

Go to More → Company/Branch Info

Then double click on your branch or select the Ellipsis→ Modify

Go to the General/Address Tab

#### Printed/Mailing Information

Your Mailing Address goes here.

The "Copy From Physical" button allows you to take all the information from the Physical Address section and paste it with one click into the Printed/Mailing Information section.

#### Physical Address

Your Main Office or Physical Address goes here.

The "Copy From Printed" button allows you to take all the information from the Printed/Mailing Information section and paste it with one click into the Physical Address section.

#### Online Presence

Put your Website address in here to represent your online presence

#### Payment

The name that all checks will be addressed to along with the number determining a Minimum Job Charge (if applicable or desired) is input here.

#### Docs

Documents associated with the Branch go here. Some examples of that may be a company logo, photo of the Main Office, any Leasing Information you want tied with the Branch, and any other important documents that you wish to be able to access easily.

#### Branch Security

Click the Brach Security button to easily see who has access to the branch you are on or add access for that user.

Upon clicking the Branch Security Button this window will appear.

The checkbox shows whether a given user has access to this branch and also displays their Home Branch (the one that they usually operate in).

#### Customer Availability

Click Cust Availability button to easily grant this branch access to All customers from whichever branches you select.

#### Audit Log

The Audit Log makes it easy to see when changes were made to settings on this Branch and who performed them.

Clicking the Audit Log button opens the Audit Log window

#### Misc...

The Misc button allows you to easily upload more documents to CenPoint.

It's quite likely that more functionalities will be added to the Misc button in the future.

#### Copy/Paste

Use the Copy/Paste feature to easily copy Branch information from a set up branch to a new one.
