Payment History

This article covers how to see your payment history, view / email your receipt, view journal entry and add a new payment history

Here, you can view your processed Payment History. To locate a specific entry, use the filtering option located on the right side.

By clicking the ellipsis icon on the right side, you have the option to view and email receipt, view journal entry, open customer and delete payment.

View Receipt: it will take you to the final receipt and you can print, download, email and text at the top right corner.

Email Receipt: you can email it quickly on the website.

View Journal Entry: you will see the list of journal entry and view it by clicking the ellipsis.

View In Clover/Stripe: for Credit Card payments select the payment and go right to your Clover or Stripe account.

Open Customer: it will take to the customer information.

Edit Notes: this allows you to add or edit payment notes

Delete Payment: once you delete the payment, you can't restore it.

Click Plus icon -> Select customer -> Fill in the necessary information.
