# QB Can't connect to CenPoint

If Quickbooks and CenPoint cannot connect try shutting down both CenPoint and Quickbooks.

Then make sure you sign into both programs **Not** in Admin mode.

If that doesn't work in Quickbooks go to Edit->Preferences-> Integrated apps-> find CenPoint in the list and make sure the don't allow box is unchecked.
