Ideally you would click 'Allow'. But.. if you happened to panic and clicked 'Don't Allow' use the following steps ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e2120353-eb2a-47e7-80e2-597dd258dbbe/Images/Documentation/1(84).png) Click Safari-> Settings ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e2120353-eb2a-47e7-80e2-597dd258dbbe/Images/Documentation/2(9).jpg) Then click 'Location' and on CenPoint click 'Allow' ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e2120353-eb2a-47e7-80e2-597dd258dbbe/Images/Documentation/3(14).jpg) If that didn't work, the location also needs to be allowed on the Mac, as well as Safari. On the Mac go to Settings-> Location Services ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e2120353-eb2a-47e7-80e2-597dd258dbbe/Images/Documentation/4(5).jpg) Make sure Location Services are turned On, then turn On Location Servies for the Browser you are using, and CenPoint Mobile if it happens to be in list. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/e2120353-eb2a-47e7-80e2-597dd258dbbe/Images/Documentation/5(5).jpg) Now you should be good to go!
