# Turn on Location Services (iphone/ipad)

### If you are receiving the “Location Services Are Off” notification try the following steps to fix it.

**1. Make sure your location services are enabled for your device: Go to Settings**

#### **2. Go to Privacy**

**3. Go to Location Services**

**4. Make sure “Location Services” are turned on.**

**5. Click Safari Websites**

**6. Make sure “While using the App” is selected.**

### **Now verify that the CenPoint Portal is granted permissions**

**1. In the browser at portal.cenpoint.com click the two “A’s” in the top bar.**

**2. Go to Website Settings.**

**3. Click Location**

**4. Select “Allow”**

**5. Now click “Try Again”**

**6. Click “Refresh”**

#### **If the above steps did not work, you can try the following:**

**2. Go to General**

**3. Select Reset**

**4. Click Reset Location and Privacy.**

**5. Click Reset Settings**

**6. Click Try Again**
