Update 188

Added: Reports -> Payroll -> Certified Payroll (Form WH-347 and Non Performance): You can now specify a the report is the 'Final' CPR for the job (see Designate Certified Payroll as Final)

              * Will print a water mark of 'Final' on the report

              * You can change the final date on the job on the 'Payroll' Tab

Fixed: Weekly Scheduler: WO's not showing if view was set to 1 day

Fixed: Reports -> Payroll -> Technician Detailed -> Print -> Time Card Detailed Report: Possible 36 second rounding issue in grand total section if 'Show Times in Decimals' was checked

Fixed: Jobs: Opening job erroring out if address has an apostrophe (')
