# Update 243

> This update adds several project management enhancements as well as quote tracking.

- Added: Reports -> Job Reports -> Job Costing: New columns that show:

* Quote estimated amount

* Cost % of quote estimated amount

* Quote & Job Amount

* % of Job Billed

- Added: Linked Jobs have been renamed to Change Orders (COs) to better reflect functionality

- Added: Find Jobs / Jobs: New option to view the project info

* This is a powerful screen that gives you a view of the entire project (Contract + COs)

- Added: Find Jobs -> Misc. Button: New option to create a Change Order

- Added: AIA forms can now optionally print cents (AIA standard is no cents)

* Contact support to have this option turned on for you company

- Added: AIA can now show deduction Change Orders

* Create a Change Order

* Set the Tent. Start date (this is the date it will show on the AIA for the Change Order date)

* Add a task to the job that is receiving the deduction (i.e. core drilling) and set the price to a negative amount

* That's it! The AIA form will now show a deduction and reduce the contract amount

- Added: Quotes / Find Quotes: New CRM type tracking fields:

* Quote Status (sometimes called 'Stages' in some CRMs)

* Define Quote Statuses under File -> List Management -> Quotes, Jobs, and Invoices -> Quote Statuses

* Lost Reason

* Expected Close Date

* Confidence Level

* Find Quotes honors the confidence level * quote price in total

* Change default confidence level (100%) in your branch settings if desired

- Added: Quotes: SS (Super Simple) Mode

* Very basic quote entry

* Type everything in the notes

* Always prints a summary quote. Contact CenPoint if you need a custom summary quote template.

* Set per user under User Preferences

- Added: Jobs -> Add'l Costs & Job PO's: Add'l Costs grid now includes bills tied to the job (CP Books Only)

- Added: Techs can now view branch documents not flagged as hide from tech (update sets all current docs to hide from tech)

* This is a great way to make general documents available to all users

- Added: Invoice PDFs: If you have electronic payments turned on in CenPoint, invoice PDFs now include a 'Pay Now' button / hyper-link

* The pay now button / hyper-link is the same link as if you had sent a link instead of a PDF

* There is a downside to this. CenPoint cannot track PDF opens when they open the PDF like it can when you send a link

- Fixed: Emails not sending in some scenarios if email settings were set to send via Outlook (classic)
- Fixed: Sales rep not defaulting on new jobs in some scenarios
- Other minor fixes
