What is a Company Code?

Your company code in CenPoint is a unique identifier that CenPoint uses to store and access your data. You will need your company code when you sign in to CenPoint. On each device, CenPoint remembers your company code so you only have to enter it once.

If possible, we recommend using an abbreviation of your company name, something similar to your email domain so it's easy to remember. 

i.e. for CentralPoint Solutions our email domain is 'cenpoint.com' and so we could use 'CENPOINT' as our company code

Company Code Rules:

• Must be between 4 & 16 characters
• Starts with a letter
• Can only contain letters / numbers (no spaces)
• Cannot be 'CENPOINT'
• Cannot start with CP

• MYCOMPANY
• MYCOMP

Invalid Company Code Examples

• 123TEST (doesn't start with a letter)
• TESTING123REALLYLONG (more than 16 characters)
• MY COMPANY (space)
• MY-COMPANY (contains something other than a letter or number)
