* Between add and filter button, there is a locateion map button where you can see your close customers.
* If you uncheck the 'Active Only' button, it'll show you customers that have been deleted in the past. So, you never lose a customer.
* If you want to customize the layout, follow this link: https://help.cenpoint.com/docs/grid-screen-on-portal

Now, let's add a new customer! Click 'Add" button.
Add a new Customer
* At the top, the rating helps communicate which customers you should be prioritizing. So typically, the only customers that end up getting rated are the best customers and the worst customers, but it helps with communication.
* There is a credit limit in General Info, so if the customer owes 1,000 or more, it will automatically freeze their account, or you can manually freeze the account. If someone tries to do work for this customer, they're going to get a big pop-up that says, this customer is frozen.
* You can set the customer's terms, and to add to this list, you simply have to go to file, list management, and terms or follow this link: https://help.cenpoint.com/docs/payment-terms
* The preferred invoice delivery helps keep you organized when it comes time to send invoices.
* You can see a surplus account in Aging section, so if a customer ends up overpaying for an invoice, you can put it into the surplus account and then it can be used towards invoices in the future.
* Just like you can everywhere else, if you do manage docs and view documents, you can save images and files under this customer.
At the bottom, if you click on the 'History', you will be able to view Quotes, Jobs, Invoices, Payments and Customer Statistics.
After you are done writing all the necessary information, you can just leave the page and it will save automatically.
Congratulations! You added a new customer!
