Can't find a Quote

There are 4 reasons you may be unable to find a Quote

1.  The Quote you are looking for has been Deactivated

Once a Quote has been converted to a Job it is "deactivated" (this also occurs when you delete a quote).  

To view a deactivated quote, open the Find Quote screen, and uncheck "Active Only"

2.  The Quote you are looking for falls outside your date range.

Next to the date range click the elipsis ". . ." and select "Anytime"

3.  The Quote you are looking for is in another Branch.

In case the quote was entered under the wrong branch, switch Branch to "<All>".

4.  Another Filter is filled out Incorrectly.  Check that all other filters are spelled correctly, blank, or set to <All>.

5. If none of the Adjustments listed reveal the quote, it was likely never created, or created under the wrong customer.
