Can’t Find a Quote
1. The Quote you are looking for has been Deactivated
Once a Quote has been converted to a Job it is "deactivated" (this also occurs when you delete a quote).
To view a deactivated quote, open the Find Quote screen, and uncheck "Active Only"

2. The Quote you are looking for falls outside your date range.
Go to the filter button and next to the date range click the ellipsis ". . ." and select a different date range to inspect by or click anytime to see all quotes ever

3. The Quote you are looking for is in another Branch.
In case the quote was entered under the wrong branch, switch Branch to "<All>".

4. Another Filter is filled out Incorrectly. Check that all other filters are spelled correctly, blank, or set to <All>.

5. If none of the Adjustments listed reveal the quote, it was likely never created, or it was created under the wrong customer.
There is no way to permanently delete a quote in CenPoint. We will always keep some sort of copy or version of it somewhere. So, it could have been shifted into another quote or the above is true.
