The default for the quote expires date is 30 days.
You can change this by going to More->List Management->Misc->UDS
Type in Quotes in the Filter by ID, then click the ellipsis->Modify and change the value. (this is equivalent to days)
In this example the quote will now not expire for 45 days, click OK to save
