Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen

Click on Settings. You may have to scroll down to find it.

Go to “Privacy and Security”

click on “All Sites”

Click on the search icon

Search for Cenpoin, portal.cenpoint, or portalbeta.cenpoint.
Once you find something that looks like it could be Cenpoint, click the trash can icon to reset your settings on this.

Step Eight
Click “Delete & Reset” to confirm the deletion of data and most importantly the resetting of site settings (like microphone)
Note: This may sign you out of Cenpoint, so please be prepared to sign back in.

Step Nine
Please go back to Cenpoint portal and try to use the speech to text feature again.
This popup should now appear asking for permission to use the microphone.
Please click “Allow while visiting the site” so that this function may work smoothly.
