CenPoint has a wide variety of features for the sales side including:

  • Customer rating system
  • Customer stats such as last quote date / amount, how many quotes, number of converted quotes, avg. days to pay, etc.
  • Quote tracking
    • Quote Status Tracking / filtering
    • Confidence levels
    • Notes / Alerts
    • Expected close dates / filtering
    • Lead source tracking
    • Audit log on when quote status, conf. level, etc. are changed and by who
    • Custom reminders per customer every time you put in a new quote if there's something special you need to do on your quotes for that customer

    • Birthday / Anniversary tracking and ways to say show me all contacts with a life event in the next ___ (i.e. 2 weeks) so you have an excuse to call them
    • Phone system integration so when you get a call it can auto open up that contact and you can quickly jump to the quote, job, invoice, etc. they are calling about.
