Edge on Windows Microphone Permissions

Step One

Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of your screen and click on ‘Settings’

Step Two

Go to ‘Privacy, Search, and Services’ and click on ‘Site Permissions’

Step Three

Click on ‘All Permissions’

Step Four

Then find and click on ‘Microphone’

Step Five

Go to near the bottom of the page and find the list of all sites allowed or not allowed to use your microphone.

Find the one that has ‘cenpoint.com’ in it and click the little trash can to the right of it.

Don’t worry if your settings say that the website is allowed to use the microphone or not. We’re trying to reset everything back to original so things will work again.

Step 6

Refresh your Cenpoint page and try to use the speech to text feature again. A prompt should appear asking if you’d like to let Cenpoint use the microphone. Please click ‘Allow’ for everything to work smoothly.
