Can I have a Lead tech on a Work Order /Feild Ticket with additional workers and have the Lead leave for another job?

Yes a Lead tech can click 'Completed' on a Feild Ticket and have the additional workers still on the Feild Ticket allowing them to start another job.

As long as the Lead tech does not 'submit' the Feild Ticket. Clicking 'Submit' will make the Field Ticket read only and any additional tech will be locked out of the Feild Ticket.

If a Lead tech is in charge of submitting the Field Ticket, they would have to make sure all the additional techs are done on that Feild Ticket, before submitting.

The office can also submit a Field Ticket by clicking Tech Retruned FT on the Mobile app or Desktop.

Non-Billable

When you mark a Field Ticket as non-billable it will create a $0.00 invoice.

This will now be excluded from A/R aging report, collections, and pushing to your accounting software.

A Field Ticket with a price will push to your accounting software, as a Field Ticket with a zero price will not push.
