General GL Codes are used when specific GL Codes are undefined.
For Example, if all of your equipment, except for one piece of equipment, uses the same GL Code of 200, enter 200 in the equipment field below.
Then locate the one piece of equipment in the equipment list that has a different GL Code and enter its specific GL Code code.
Any undefined specific GL Code will use the general GL Codes below.
