In CenPoint Invoices are created from Field Tickets.

On the Work Order Field Ticket Screen, use the filters to find uninvoiced Field Tickets.

If the Field Tickets are not priced open the Field Ticket and price them.

If you have a job with multiple Field Tickets click the view all FT's for job button to easily price an entire job.

Once the Field Ticket(s) are priced, check the Ready for Invoicing box on the Field Ticket.

Part 2: Create Invoice Screen

On the find Invoice screen select the Field Tickets you want to Invoice and click Preview to see if the Invoice looks good.

If you need to make changes, click View FT's and make the necessary changes.

If there is more than one Field Ticket and you want to invoice them separately, click on Select FT's and uncheck the FT's you do not want to invoice.

When everything looks good click on Create Invoice.

Part 3: Invoice Screen

This screen displays existing invoices, for reprinting, and payments.

Once you have created an invoice it will show up on the invoice screen.

There are a few things you can modify from the invoice screen, change the invoice date, add or remove tax, adjust the printed notes.

If there are other changes needed, you would delete the invoice, find it on the create invoice screen, make the changes and create the invoice again.

On the invoice screen you can Email/Text the invoice to the customer and make payments.
