TLDR: This update contains 3 new features and 10 bug fixes.
• Added: More -> Users -> Modify User: Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) can now be turned on/off for per user
• If the branch setting is turned on and the user setting is off, they will still be required to use MFA
• If the branch setting is turned off and the user setting is on, they will be required to use MFA
• Basically, if either the branch or user setting is on, MFA will be required
• Added: Authenticator app support for MFA (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.)
• If MFA is turned on for a user, they can now use an authenticator app to generate a 6 digit code instead of receiving a text message
• This is more secure and doesn't require a cell phone or text message to be sent
• We understand this is a pain. Technically it's more secure than text / email (especially if someone is sitting at your desk and your phone / email is connected to your computer).
• We are not forcing authenticator apps, but we are providing the option. We're leaving it up to you. Leave off if you want text/email codes instead.

• Added: Login attempt timeouts: If you enter the wrong username/password too many times, you will be locked out for approx. 5 minutes
• Fixed: Setting 'Receive Login Alerts' on a user not saving correctly
• Fixed: FT Tasks not showing the workers comp code they are tied to
• Fixed: PTO not calculating carry over amount correctly in some scenarios
• Fixed: P&L Print out not showing the total right in some scenarios
• Fixed: Deleted invoices report not including NSIs that were not tied to a job
• Fixed: Weekly guaranteed hours getting added to a day that is paid as OT/Dbl in some scenarios which then made them show up as OT/Dbl on the payroll report
• Fixed: Not prompting for duplicate check numbers when printing checks (CP Books)
• Fixed: Current vehicle mileage not showing correctly when modifying a vehicle
• Fixed: Print WOs missing option to include unassigned WOs
• Fixed: Job costing duplicating some lines if you were looking at a linked job and the original job got filtered out as it tried to account for the filtered out original job
