Hello.

The new Work Order behavior that your techs are seeing today came about to solve a work around techs discovered that made it so they could skip their required pre-trip inspections.

Based on the feedback we have received, both positive and negative, we have made some changes.

We have made a quick change to this and if your company does NOT require pre-trip inspections in your branch settings this new change will no longer affect you. Your techs can do one of the following 3 options to update their app and get the hot fix.

          1- Your techs can force close the app.

          2- Your techs can click on the hamburger menu at the top right of the app. Click on About. Click “Check for Update” at the top.

          3- The app automatically refreshes approximately every hour, and it will be automatically applied (so do nothing and it will come 😊)

1.0.7.5 is the new update that will change the view back if you do NOT require pre-trip inspections. You should see this version once one of those 3 things have been done on the mobile app.

If your company requires pre-trip inspections the changes will stay in place, but we have enhanced the messages to be more informative & direct them on where to go. The techs can see all equipment, task Q/A & notes, and work order notes that they will need under “Load My Vehicle.”
