If you are receiving the “Location Services Are Off” notification try the following steps to fix it.
1. Make sure your location services are enabled for your device: Go to Settings
2. Go to Privacy
3. Go to Location Services
4. Make sure “Location Services” are turned on.
5. Click Safari Websites
6. Make sure “While using the App” is selected.
Now verify that the CenPoint Portal is granted permissions
1. In the browser at portal.cenpoint.com click the two “A’s” in the top bar.
2. Go to Website Settings.
3. Click Location
4. Select “Allow”
5. Now click “Try Again”
6. Click “Refresh”
If the above steps did not work, you can try the following:
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to General
3. Select Reset
4. Click Reset Location and Privacy.
5. Click Reset Settings
6. Click Try Again
