Major Change: Your technicians on the mobile app can now send your customers a link (via text message) to capture a signature for the field ticket. (will not be available until next mobile app update 5/29/2020)

  •   You can customize this text message verbiage under File -> Company / Branch Info -> Modify -> Cust. Portal Tab
  •   This should help with techs worried about corona virus or just about customers touching / dropping their phones in general
  •   Can also be used to get a signature if the customer left before the tech could grab a signature
