Update 195

This is a hotfix for update 194.

Fixes an issue that caused printing problems if you host your own data. Cloud hosted companies were NOT affected

• Added: A/R -> Payments -> Payment History: You can now delete a payment directly from here instead of having to go to Delete Payments
