  • Major Change: File -> Users: You can now specify if the tech 'Takes Vehicle Home' and how long of an 'Unpaid Morning Commute' they have.

* This allows the tech to click 'started' to send your customer a text saying they are on their way but you don't have to change their started time later to account for them not getting paid to drive to their first job of the day

*(CenPoint updates the started time automatically to match the arrival time at the jobsite)

  • Major Change: You can now pre-authorize a credit card for a job

* Pre-authorize from the Job Quick Add, Full job view, or the WO screen (the amount will default to the job price but you can change it)

* Tech can apply the pre-authorization in the field (if job is COD)

* Office can quickly create an invoice / charge & apply the pre-authorization from a Field Ticket (if job only has 1 WO)

* Office can use a pre-authorization as a payment method/source on the Payments screen

* Go to A/R -> Payments -> CC Pre-Authorizations to view / manage pre-authorizations

  • Added: Reports -> Job Costing: You can now view the task cost


  • Added: Field Tickets -> Task Grid: Now shows you the Task Hourly Rate


  • Added: Field Tickets -> Modify Task: Now shows you the Task Hourly Rate


  • Added: Predefined Notes: You can now easily select multiple predefined notes at once (uses the order you select them)


  • Added: Reports -> Payroll -> Location Report: New Report. Shows the location by tech or by location. (try the export to helps with union reporting)
  • Added: Quotes -> Quote Costing: Now honors branch daily OT rules to decide how many working hours a day to calculate trip counts (used to always use 8)

* If your branch setting is 0 OR 24, it will still use 8 hours a day

 

  • Fixed: Reports -> Payroll -> Certified Payroll: Bug preventing Certified Payroll from opening on some computers
  • Fixed: Field Tickets: Weather missing on the Field Ticket (may take a few days after updating before the weather is fully fixed)
  • Fixed: Customers: Error when saving a new customer when only a mailing address was entered
  • Other minor fixes
