* This is the first time techs can set any type of pricing
* Branch setting must be turned on (off by default)

* Can ONLY price FT Tasks when job terms are COD

- Major Change: Unpaid commute now applies to both morning and evening commute
* File -> Users -> Modify -> Check 'Takes Vehicle Home' and enter unpaid commute minutes
* Evening commute is determined based on Completed geo tag being so close to users home address
* Please make sure all users have a home address entered that is geo coded (lat / long)
* If address cannot be geo coded, manually enter lat / long of home address
