Update 219

• Major Change: New branch setting to let techs price COD jobs in the field

              * File -> Company/Branch Settings -> Modify -> Mobile Tab -> Allow Tech To Price COD FTs

              * This is the first time techs can set any type of pricing

              * Branch setting must be turned on (off by default)

              * Only lead can price Field Ticket tasks

              * Can ONLY price FT Tasks when job terms are COD

• Major Change: Unpaid commute now applies to both morning and evening commute

              * File -> Users -> Modify -> Check 'Takes Vehicle Home' and enter unpaid commute minutes

              * Evening commute is determined based on Completed geo tag being so close to users home address

              * Please make sure all users have a home address entered that is geo coded (lat / long)

              * If address cannot be geo coded, manually enter lat / long of home address

• Added: Customers -> Misc 2. Tab: Option to Notify On New Quote. Type a custom reminder for specific customers that will remind you when adding a quote 

• Fixed: Map FT status not working
• Other minor fixes
