Hot Fix for Update 238

Fixed error when previewing an invoice.

Update Log 238:

  • Major Change: New Security Level: 90-Manage Office Users (no security)

* Helpful if you have an HR person that sets up new hires

* Admin rights are still required to set security levels

  • Added: Field Tickets: Can now specify a different custom report to print per FT

* This is helpful when you do a Scan & Core and want to do a Scan Report custom FT for FT 1 and a standard FT report for FT 2

* Must turn on Branch setting to allow techs to do this (off by default)

(File -> Company/Branch Info -> Modify -> Mobile Settings Tab -> 'Allow Tech To Change FT Report Type')

* Office can set if they have rights to the Field Ticket

  • Added: Portal/Web App: Can now print Certified Payroll!

* Please try it out and compare against your desktop printout to make sure the numbers match exactly. Contact CenPoint support if you notice any discrepancies.

* Note: If you have a custom certified payroll report, please contact CenPoint support to get your report updated to work on both the desktop and the portal

  • Added: Jobs -> Add'l Info Tab: Can now Print Schedule Of Values before you do the work. This is helpful when the customer asks to see the schedule of values before any invoices are created

  • Added: Reports -> Tax Reports -> Workers Comp: New option to include clock in records

* Workers Comp Rate for Clock Ins pulls from the clock in category (File -> List Management -> Clock In/Out Categories)

  • Added: Reports -> Job Reports -> Deleted WOs

* See WOs that are deleted in case you accidentally deleted a WO you shouldn't have and see which job / customer it was tied to

  • Added: Field Tickets -> Shop Time Button

* Helpful if you want to bill for clock in (shop / prep time) on the field ticket

  • Added: Update to 3rd Party printing engine.

* Fixes certain reports printing 'left' aligned

  • Other minor fixes
