Major Change: Field Ticket Pausing
* Techs can now pause a FT and come back to it later that day
* You can manage the list of reasons for why they are pausing under File -> List Management
* The 'pause' time will be added as an onsite break to the field ticket
* If they pause to help another tech, they will be auto added to that tech's FT as an add'l worker and their time will be accounted for there
* They can pause the same FT multiple times if needed
Added: CP Books: Receipts
* Techs & Office peeps can upload receipts to the office
* If it's uploaded from a WO / FT, it's auto linked to the job
* The office then decides to add it to job costing or just process it
* If you are using CP Books, you can auto create a bill / payment or a bank / cc register entry from the receipt
