Everee Payroll Integration Set Up

This article will walk you through the process of setting up Everee Payroll

To Setup the Everee integration, go to your

  1. Company / Branch Info

  2. Select User Pay Tab

  3. Scroll to the Payroll API Integration

  4. Select Everee from the drop-down list

  5. Click the link icon next to Everee to be directed to the Everee sign in page. You will need to obtain the following from Everee, which must then be added to CenPoint.

  • Company Tenant ID

  • Location ID,

  • API Token  

Sign into Everee, then go to

  1. Settings dropdown list

  2. Select Integration Hub  

  3. Click Manage in the CenPoint API section

You will then create an API token in Everee. If you already see an API token has been created, it’s possible you were emailed your API token. You can also click on ‘Rotate’ to generate a new API token.

After creating the API token you will need to copy the Tenant ID and API token and paste them into CenPoint

Now in Everee you will go to

  1. Organization

  2. Locations

  3. Add Location

Fill out the location and then click ‘Save Location’

Once your location is added click on your new Location to view it

The location ID is found in the URL, copy the last part of the URL (numbers after the last forward slash) and add them to CenPoint Location ID section

Once you have the Tenant ID, Location ID, and API key in CenPoint you can create your users in Everee (Wahoo!)

There are 2 options: Bulk Create or Add 1 at a time

Option 1

In CenPoint ‘Click’ Bulk Create Users in Everee and your Users in CenPoint will have a profile created in Everee.

*Once a user is created in Everee, CenPoint will not create a duplicate. This means you can click "Bulk Create Users In Everee" whenever you need to add a new user without the risk of duplicates.

You will receive a message that the user has been created in Everee but more information is needed.

Click on Continue Setup and you will be redirected to Everee to complete the users set up in Everee.

You will also receive an email that includes the number of users created in Everee, along with any missing items that need to be updated in their CenPoint user profile. Once the information is entered in CenPoint, you will need to click the button ‘Bulk Create Users In Everee’ again.

Option 2

You can also create an individual user in Everee by going to the user in CenPoint→Additional Info Tab→Integrated Payroll section

Click Create User in Everee

You will receive a message that the user has been created in Everee, but more information is needed.

Click on Continue Setup and you will be redirected to Everee to complete the users set up.

After a user is set up in Everee, you can click "View in Everee" under the user in CenPoint to be redirected to their profile in Everee.
