Import Invoices From QuickBooks Online

Import Invoices from QuickBooks Online by going to 'More'-> One Time Conversion

Select Import from QuickBooks Online-> Invoices.

Select the branch you want to import to go into.

You will then need to select either:

 Delete All CenPoint invoices for the selected branch and replace them with invoices from QuickBooks Online

or

Keep existing CenPoint Invoices, just add customers from QuickBooks Online.

Click 'Next' and sign into QuickBooks Online

Select the invoices you want to import, and click 'Import'

*Click 'View Skipped Invoices' to see a report of skipped invoices 

*Click the 'all' button to select all customers

*Click the 'none' button to deselect all customers and check the box one invoice at a time.

You should receive a prompt, with the number of successfully imported invoices.

You have now successfully imported invoices from QuickBooks to CenPoint!
