Alerts on Desktop

Make a new Alert on Desktop

Go to Data → Make a New Alert

Enter in the desired information.

Attach the alert to a specific job by clicking “Select…”

Scheule the alert to appear at a specific time. Click on the Ellipsis for more time options.

Use the dropdown menu to assign the alert to a specific user.

Enter your message and click “OK” at the bottom to save the alert.

Handling Alerts when they Appear on Desktop

The “Alert Manager” window will appear when you get an alert on Desktop.

Click the “Select All” button to highlight all available alerts.

Click the “Complete” to mark all selected alerts as complete.

Click the “Snooze…” button to select how long you would like to snooze this alert, be it for a few minutes, hours, days, or even months.

Find/Manage Past Alerts on Desktop

Run a report or manage Alerts by going to Reports → Alerts

Manage past alerts from this window.

Highlight an alert and click “Edit Alert” to modify an existing alert.

Edit desired information like marking if it was completed or scheduling the alert to reappear at a later time.

Alerts on Portal

Make a new Alert on Portal

Go to the main menu bar, click on ‘Additional’, and then click on ‘Make a New Alert’

Enter in the desired information.

Attach the alert to a specific job by clicking the Ellipsis next to the Job Name.

Scheule the alert to appear at a specific time. Click on the Ellipsis next to the words “Or In” for more time options.

Use the dropdown menu to assign the alert to a specific user.

Enter your message and click “OK” at the bottom to save the alert.

Handling Alerts when they Appear on Portal

The Bell icon in the upper right corner of the screen will show you when you have any alerts.

Click on the bell to see all active notifications.

Click the “Clear All” button to clear away all notifications.

Click on the X by each notification to individually dismiss them.

Find/Manage Past Alerts on Portal

Find past alerts by going to Reports → Alerts

Click on the Ellipsis → Modify to edit a specific past alert

Edit desired information like marking if it was completed or scheduling the alert to reappear at a later time.
