If you are having issues with outlook, trying to drag and drop files/images/pdfs/etc. from Outlook to CenPoint and it's just not working, this is a known issue.
To fix it, switch to Outlook Classic. The Microsoft team did something with the newer version of Outlook that no longer plays nice with most desktop apps, CP included.
