Job Statuses

Job Statuses on Desktop

Job Statuses can be helpful in managing your jobs. 

Go to File-> List Management-> Job Statuses Add or Modify a Job Status

Decide what actions should be taken when that status is chosen.

Example: When the Job Status is changed to Completed, 

the Job becomes inactive and no longer shows in the Jobs list.

Bulk set Job Statuses 

 Go to File->Utilities-> Data Utilities-> Bulk Set Job Statuses
