Create Named Addresses on Desktop
Named address saves time by storing the address and information of a location that will be continually used.
Add a named address by going to File -> List Management -> Quotes, Jobs, & Invoices -> Named Address (This can also be done from the Quote or Job)
Click 'Add New' to create a new Named Address.
Highlight an existing address and click 'Modify' to edit it.
When entering the information on a Named Address you can click the ellipsis to copy/paste the address.
You can also enter any notes you feel apply to that location.
Using Named Addresses in Quotes on Desktop.
When entering an address on a Quote or click the ellipsis next to Address Name and choose your named address.
Clicking the 'Search For Address By Name' option will open the Named Addresses window where you can select your desired named address or create a new one.
Using Named Addresses in Jobs on Desktop
When entering an address on a Job click the ellipsis next to Address Name and choose your named address.
Clicking the 'Search For Address By Name' option will open the Named Addresses window where you can select your desired named address or create a new one.

To add a Named Address go to More -> List Management -> Quotes, Jobs, & Invoices -> Named Addresses
Click the 'Add' button to create a new named address.

Using Named Addresses in Quotes on Portal
Inside your Quote you can click the ellipsis by the 'Address Name' to input a named address or to create a named address.
Clicking the 'Search For Address By Name' button will open the Named Address window where you can select an address for this job.
Using Named Addresses in Jobs on Portal
Inside your Job you can click the ellipsis by the 'Address Name' to input a named address or to create a named address.
Clicking the 'Search For Address By Name' button will open the Named Address window where you can select an address for this job.
