Enter Bills with A.I. Assistance

Enter bills with A.I assistance lets you use A.I to read and pre-fill the bill for you.

If a vendor does not yet exist in CenPoint, you will be prompted to create one (vendor info will also pre-fill for you)

To Enter Bills with A.I. Assistance go to CP Books→Bills→ Enter Bills with A.I. Assistance

You will be prompted to add your bill as .pdf, .png, or .jpg. A.I. will then ‘read’ as much as it can an prefill your bill for you.

If a Vendor does not yet exist in CenPoint you will be prompted to create one

Click ‘Create’

It will pre-fill any information A.I. could read off the bill.

Finish setting up the new Vendor and click OK

A.I. read a P.O. from our bill, click Select PO and it will launch the Find PO screen, and you can select the referenced P.O. or Skip if not applicable.
