When I try export grid I get the following error message:
Can’t open this file
Portal.cenpoint.com can’t open files in this folder because it contains system files.
To fix this, go to the menu in the top right corner -> Device Settings -> Turn ON always use downloads folder. That should fix the ‘special folder’ issue you are seeing and then you can export the grid.
