New Grid Screen on Portal

On the Portal, we enhanced our grid screen, designed to streamline your experience and offer greater flexibility in managing your information. You can now do it in all the sections like customers, quotes, jobs, etc...

Expand columns to the right or left to view more details. Easily reorder the list in each column either alphabetically or numerically by clicking on the column name and choose 'Sort Ascending' or 'Sort Descending'.

Double-click on the customer's name and the customer screen opens, giving you immediate access to the information you need. 

Fix a column in place and prioritize what matters most to you by right clicking the mouse on the column header. Once you 'Fix' a column like 'Customer' and you scroll right or left, 'Customer' stays there, always visible, while other details move around, making it easy to track without losing sight of it.

There's a box (shown with an arrow on the picture) the 'Column Chooser' that lets you hide columns when unchecked, columns disappear, decluttering your view. Check it, and those hidden columns reappear, giving you control over what you see.

There is also a filter button, by clicking once it will show you the filter on the right side and if you click once again, it will remove it. On the filter box, you can filter by filling in pertinent information to help you narrow down results, you can also clear all filters by clicking the 'clear all' button on the top right side.

You can also export from any of our grid screen.

It will export the information you see on the screen.
