Find Licensing Tab on Desktop

Go to File->Company/Branch Information

Double Click on your Branch or select it and click Modify

 

This will open a window in Portal so don't worry if it looks different than the rest of Desktop.

Now navigate to the Licensing tab.

You may have to click the side arrow to see more tabs

Find Licensing Tab on Portal

Go to More → Company/Branch Info


Then double click on your branch or select the Ellipsis→ Modify

Overview of Licensing Tab

See the status of your Branch License and allowed users. When updating or retrieving a new

license click the Retrieve New License button. You would need to 'retrieve new license' if you purchased 

more user licenses. 



Manage Plan Button

If you click the "Manage Plan" button it will open up this window with three tabs.



The "Plan" tab allows you to see what version of CenPoint you have and easily compare Features, Pricing, and upgrade/downgrade your plan by clicking on the Ellipsis.



The Users/Licensing tab allows you to keep an eye on the branches you have, their licensing status, the number of users on a branch, and more.


The Billing tab allows you to update your billing information to keep using CenPoint



FAQ

Q:I am getting a message box that says T.I.P.S. subscription is expiring or expired?

A:This just means you need to renew your license/subscription with CenPoint. 

    Give us a call at 801-478-6822 and we can get that taken care of in a jiffy.


Q: I changed the Company Name, or Phone Number or Address on the company information and it says I need to retrieve a new license.

A: The license in CenPoint is tied to the Company Branch information any changes will require you to retrieve a new license.
