Mobile App Errands

Errands may be assigned to technicians or runners to log time that is not billed to a customer. 

Time is logged on an errand instead of on a Field Ticket.

An errand is similar to a field ticket in tracking time and additional workers.

Time Keeping

On the top, you will keep track of your time and the next is a break in lunch section. 

When the Lead hits completed all the time from the lead will be duplicated to any additional including the ones keeping track of their own time if they have not filled in their time.
