It's important to note that there is an office side and a tech side.

*If there was work order on tech side on mobile app, then you can compare all the information from opening the work order on desktop.

Scheduler -> right-click on a tech name -> Open Work Order

Inspections - If you require that they see a little red dot on Inspections box, they will have to fill out the vehicle inspections before they are able to clock in

Time card Report - allows them to see all the time they've accumulated 

Trainings / Certifications - allows you to set up some of those simple trainings where they just have to like to read an article and answer some questions

At the bottom of the screen, the tech will always be able to see their clocking status. Right now, on the picture, it is clocked out.

*Since we try to gather more data, we let tech to clock in and out for each job on work order and break it out by travel and time spent on site
