Quick List easily allows you to create a list of items needed on a task.

Open a quote-> add or modify a task-> click the ellipsis next to printed notes

and add the items you want from the Quick List.

When the Quote is converted the notes will be copied over to the task on the Job.

Open a Job-> Add or Modify a task-> click the ellipsis next to printed notes on the task

and add items you want from the Quick List.

This is an example of how the technician would see the Quick List items.

Go to File->List Management -> Quick List Items

Add New or Modify and set the display order.

You now have a Quick List! (if only your shopping list were this easy)
