Quick Books Online Exdeed Maximum Number
As of right now we can only support a payment being applied to 15 invoices and pushed to QuickBooks Online.
We are working on a fix for this in the near future.
In the meantime, you may need to delete the payment and reapply it to compensate for the limit of 15.
QuickBooks could not update customer
Sometimes the name matches exactly but there may be an extra space saved in CenPoint behind the customer name.
Check the customer name in CenPoint for any extra spaces or invisible characters. Click into the name field and use the backspace key to ensure there are no unintended spaces or hidden characters before or after the name.
Customer ID could not be located
This customer has been a job assigned to a branch it is not available to. If you update that either on the job or make that branch available to the customer it should clear this up.
