Printing Issues on Computer or Phone
If you are trying to print or open a PDF on the CenPoint Portal or on a phone, use the following link: https://help.cenpoint.com/docs/allow-pop-ups-for-printing
If that did not work….. as a last resort… Try removing the default printer, reinstalling the printer, and restarting your computer.
If that wasn’t the fix, it’s beyond hope and you should call it a day and go home
