If you are trying to print or open a PDF on the CenPoint Portal or on a phone use the following link:https://help.cenpoint.com/docs/allow-pop-ups-for-printing
If you are on the desktop and the PDF is coming out wonky(that’s a technical term) try switching your PDF Generator.
On the homepage of CenPoint, click on User Preferences. (This takes you to your personal CenPoint settings)

Under User Preferences→ General and make sure your Print Engine is set to Recommended.

Try printing again, if that didn’t work try changing your PDF Generator the most common setting is MS Print to PDF

If you are trying to print and the CenPoint screen goes whitish, and you get the blue spinning circle and the above suggestions did not work try the following:
Go to Settings→Bluetooth and devices→ Printers
Toggle the Let Windows manage my default printer to ‘off’

Select Microsoft Print to PDF

Set Microsoft Print to PDF as the default.

Try printing again. Sometimes windows can’t find certain printers easily and this is a work around for that.
You should be able to print from the PDF that was generated.
IF that did not work….. as a last resort… Try removing the default printer, reinstalling the printer, and restarting your computer.
If none of the above worked, it’s beyond hope and you should call it a day and go home
