Service Schedule Items Overview
Vehicle/Equipment Service Items are the different maintenance tasks that would routinely be performed.
For example, let's say that every 3 months you have a technician check the brakes on your vehicles. You could create a "Brake Check" Service Item so that it will be one of the options when scheduling maintenance.

Service Schedule Items on Desktop
Set up Vehicle and Equipment Service items by going to File -> List Management -> Shop -> Vehicle/Equipment Service Items
Click 'Add' to create a new Service Item.
Highlight an existing item and click 'Modify' to edit it.
Mark if the Service Item can be scheduled as routine maintenance.
Service Schedule Items on Portal
Set up Vehicle and Equipment Service items by going to More -> List Management -> Shop -> Service Items
Click 'Add' to create a new Service Item.
Click the Ellipsis -> Modify to edit a Service Item.
Mark if the service item can be scheduled as routine maintenance.
