Mobile App Notifications, Arrow and Refresh

On the top right corner, there is an icon for notifications. There is a red dot if you have a notification. Click on that:

This is a list of notifications that is populated that includes our trainings and inspections

On the main screen, the arrows show you to go to a previous day or forward to see your upcoming schedule. You will also see the refresh icon. 

Load My Vehicle

It will show the tech name, vehicle, tasks and WO Notes

Vehicle Inspections

Start a new vehicle inspection, click on an inspection to get to previous vehicle inspections.

View your previous vehicle Inspections by clicking on the 'Prev. Inspections'

Time Card Report

Here, you can see the time card how many hours you have worked. Also, Clock in and clock out is always displayed at the bottom so you always know your status. When you click clock in or out, there is a drop-down list of different categories 

My Documents

You can upload any pictures or documents like driver license, work documents, ID and etc.

On the top corner, there are three lines menu that will take us to settings and other advanced options

If you click About in the Setting, there is a Help / Feedback section. Anything in blue is hyperlinks so you can call or email CenPoint support

If you have questions, you can go to help docs for answers. There is FAQ and detailed explanations with videos. 

Start Remote Support Session

In the setting, if you click on start remote support session, it will take you to download Splashtop SOS to connect with Cenpoint support.
